Week 2 of LaLiga 2016/17 season ko times confirmed

Real Madrid 

Madrid play their first home game of the new campaign at the Santiago Bernabéu on Saturday August 27 against Celta Vigo with a 20:15 (CET) kick-off as was confirmed by LaLiga earlier this afternoon.

Barcelona 

Current champions FC Barcelona travel to Bilbao to face Athletic Club the following day at the same kick off time.

The other fixture of note during week 2 is the first ever top flight game at Leganes Butarque compact stadium in the Madrid suburbs. The "Pepineros" host Athetico Madrid on Saturday 27 at 22:15 (CET).

The action gets under way in Seville with Betis-Deportivo at 20.45 followed by Espanyol-Málaga also on the Friday. The Sunday night Villarreal vs. Sevilla fixture at El Madrigal closes the weekend's action.
