Mino Raiola has made more money this summer than Cristiano Ronaldo earns in a year at Real Madrid. The Dutch-Italian “superagent” trousered over 30 million euros in commissions through brokering the deals that took Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Manchester United. Cristiano Ronaldo is paid 21 million euros net per season at the Bernabéu.
Pogba
In doing so, Raiola has benched the football agency world’s other big-hitter, Jorge Mendes, who by comparison has been a peripheral figure this summer. Just through the Pogba deal, which at 120 million euros broke the transfer record set by Gareth Bale’s move from Tottenham to Real Madrid, Raiola was paid 20 million for his services.

United paid Borussia Dortmund 42 million euros for Armenian midfielder Mkhitaryan, of which eight went into Raoila’s piggy bank. In the case of Ibrahimovic, who signed as a free agent after his contract at PSG expired, Raiola still received a commission of the three million euros.
