Spain coach Julen Lopetegui has announced his 25-man squad for La Roja's upcoming double-header of November fixtures against Macedonia and England.

Qualifier with Macedonia followed by Wembley friendly

The Spaniards host the Balkan nation on Saturday 12th in World Cup qualifying, before visiting the Three Lions for a friendly three days later.

Of particular note is a maiden call-up for Sevilla full-back Sergio Escudero, while Aritz Aduriz, Juan Mata, Marc Bartra, César Azpilicueta and Sergio Asenjo all return.

Striker Aduriz - who scored five for Athletic Club in the Europa League on Thursday - and keeper Asenjo make their first appearances in the squad under Lopetegui.

Spain have a significant list of injury absentees featuring Gerard Piqué, Jordi Alba, Andrés Iniesta, Javi Martínez and Sergio Ramos.
