Atletico Madrid and Chelsea are interested in signing Faouzi Ghoulam from Napoli, according to Goal.com.
The French-born Algerian, who has 29 caps and five goals for the Algeria national side, is currently negotiating a new contract with the Italian club, however he is also on the radar of Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge as well as Atleti coach Diego Simeone.

According to Goal, the Rojiblancos could make a move for the €13m-rated left back in the winter transfer, but any approach could yet be thwarted if the club’s appeal over a FIFA’s transfer sanction proves unsuccessful, with a verdict on the ruling still pending.
