Real's Marcelo and Luka Modric both underwent scans on Monday morning after picking up injuries in the weekend win over Málaga.
Real Madrid pair Marcelo and Luka Modric have both been sidelined with muscle problems, the LaLiga club confirmed on Monday.
Marcelo facing a month in sickbay
Marcelo limped off holding his hamstring in Real's win over Málaga on Saturday and, following tests, has been diagnosed with a "grade 2 muscle injury".
The left-back is set to miss around four weeks.
Modric: about a week on treatment table
Midfielder Modric, meanwhile, was substituted with groin discomfort in the 2-1 league victory at the Bernabéu, with a scan revealing a "strain in his right adductor".
The Croat is out of Wednesday's Copa del Rey second leg at Celta Vigo, but it's thought he might make it back to face Real Sociedad in LaLiga on Sunday.
Cristiano instep issue
Cristiano Ronaldo, who picked up a knock on his foot against Málaga,was also due for tests, but is not expected to be forced out of the trip to Vigo.
