And as expected, Simeone Jr supports Los Rojiblancos - so much so that, following Real Madrid's Copa del Rey elimination by Celta Vigo on Wednesday evening, he was quick to enjoy the result on his Twitter profile.

After the final whistle at Balaídos, he raised eyebrows among users of the social-networking service by publishing a tweet containing only a 'waving goodbye' emoticon, in a message clearly aimed at Atlético's city rivals.
Simeone later deleted the post from his account.
