Manchester United play Rostov in the Europa league and face a gruelling round trip of over 3,000 miles. To ease the cost for travelling fans, the club have offered to pay the cost of the visa required to enter Russia.

The price is reportedly in the region of €140 for the 500 travelling fans and the club have asked the fans successful in their application for tickets to send their address as they will be posted as soon as they arrive. For fans travelling earlier, they can have them sent to their chosen hotels and hostals.

Busy schedule

United play Rostov on Thursday the 9th of March before travelling to Chelsea to play Antonio Conte's men in the FA Cup quarter-final on the 13th with another trip across the country to Middlesbrough just a week later in the Premier League with the Rostov return leg sandwiched in between. Jose Mourinho's side play five games in 15 days as their participation in the two remaining cup competitions stretches their squad to the limit.
