Torres makes appearance at Calderón after Riazor scare
The Atlético Madrid striker was at the Calderón to watch his side take on Valencia following the injury he sustained against Deportivo La Coruña on Thursday.
Torres returns
Fernando Torres was the focus of the TV cameras before Atlético Madrid hosted Valencia at the Vicente Calderón. Torres, who came out unscathed after a nasty clash of heads with Depor's Álex Bergantiños, was at the stadium by the Manzanares river to oversee proceedings from the stands.
The Calderón loves you
Torres was pitch-side before the game to receive the well-wishes of not only the Calderón faithful - with banners such as "The Calderón loves you ¡Fuerza Torres!" - but the whole football community, including Real Madrid players such as Sergio Ramos and Marcelo.
