Aduriz: "Real Madrid have two attempts and score twice..."
The striker hit his 100th league goal for Athletic this afternoon against Real Madrid: "What did it taste like? Tasteless, because we lost".
Aritz Aduriz hit his 100th league goal for Athletic Club this afternoon against Real Madrid but the player wasn't in the mood for celebrations, saying afterwards that he would have preferred not to have scored but won the match.
What taste did the game leave you with? "What kind of taste do you think?"
My goal meant nothing, says Aduriz
Your goal: "Goals don't mean anything if they don't bring the team anything, they don't feel the same".
Occasions: "We completely dominated the game. We advanced many times on their area - maybe we didn't create that many clear chances but they only had two attempts and scored from both of them..."
Real Madrid's attack: "They have that style with players who come in undetected and decide their games. We tried to keep them contained but it's difficult".
Tension out on the pitch: "Not at all, it was a very clean game".
