Theo Hernández is one of the revelations in the 2016/17 LaLiga campaign with the 19 year old currently one of European footballs hottest talents with clubs such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern and Liverpool lining up to secure his services.

The defender is currently on loan with Basque outfit Deportivo Alaves on a one year deal from his parent club Atlético Madrid and has a buy-out clause of 24 million euro attached to his signature. Spanish radio station Cadena SER recently reported that Real Madrid are leading negotiations to secure the teenager who has impressed with his speed and defensive solidity this season.

If it turns out that the player eventually moves to the Bernabeu, this would see Florentino Pérez breaking the gentleman's' agreement in place with Atlético Madrid which affected possible moves withing the Spanish capital in the past relating to players such as Agüero, Falcao or Giménez.

Simeone has also expressed his admiration for the defender who has already played for the French U-20 side and would need to convince the player to return to "Los Colchoneros" after his current disenchantment with the club for forcing him to play third tier football during the 2015/16 campaign with Atletico's B team.
