Dani Ceballos will wear Real Madrid number 24 shirt
Levante - Real Madrid live: LaLiga Santander 2019
Real Madrid's new signing Dani Ceballos underwent final tests at Hospital Universitario Sanitas La Moraleja on Thursday morning ahead of his presentation at the Santiago Bernabéu where he was handed the number 24 shirt.

The player was introduced to those gathered in the VIP section of the stadium by club president Florentino Pérez before saying a few words himself, then was taken onto the pitch to be greeted by fans.
Ceballos will wear the number 24 shirt next season, one that has been unused since Illarramendi left the club in 2015. The former Real Betis player has signed with Los Blancos for the following six years at a cost of 16.5 million euros and posed with his thumb in the air - signalling that all went well with the tests.
The player has a release clause of 500 million euros built into his contract as a sign of the expectations the club have for him.
He is the fifth to join this summer following Theo Hernández (number 15), Jesús Vallejo (3), Marcos Llorente and Borja Mayoral, in what has been a clear move towards talented youth for the future. The latter two players are yet to be allocated a squad number.
The only other numbers unaccounted for are 10, that of James Rodriguez who has gone on loan to Bayern Munich; 21, which is in the process of formally being vacated with Morata's move to Chelsea; and number 18, which has been left dormant since Lucas Vazquéz swapped it for 17 two seasons ago. There is still expected to be more shuffling with Danilo (23) seemingly on the verge of joining Manchester City.
