Barça newboy Semedo handed Rafinha's No.12 shirt for US tour
Barcelona have announced the list of squad numbers for the North American tour, including that of new signing Nélson Semedo.
Barcelona have officially confirmed the squad numbers which have been designated to players for the tour of the United States - including the number issued to new signing Nélson Semedo.
The former Benfica full-back has been handed the number 12, which Rafinha wore last season. The Brazilian has not been called up for the tour as he remains out recovering from a torn meniscus and is the centre of rumours in England with Arsenal reported to be preparing a bid for him this summer.
B team player Marlon, who will be listed with the first team squad for 2017/18, has been given the number 2 shirt - which has been vacant since Douglas left to join Sporting de Gijón on loan last year. Douglas will now wear the number 28.
Other players who have been affected by the squad number changes include Thomas Vermaelen, who has been issued the No.15 after his loan stint at Roma, Carles Aleñá (16), Ortolá (25), Samper (26), Munir (29) and yJokin (31).
