A young fan in Sofia asked the 26-year-old for an autograph, dressed in the red-and-white stripes of an Atlético shirt.
"Who would have imagined that I would have a 'mini Grizi' in Bulgaria," he wrote on Twitter.
France scrape past Bulgaria
France scrapped to a 0-1 victory against Bulgaria that left Griezmann feeling proud:
"It was necessary to defend well. I love these kinds of matches. I'm really proud of my team-mates, we were a team of soldiers on the pitch."
