According to AS sources, Kepa Arrizabalaga (3-10-1994) has already signed his contract with Real Madrid.
Two joining dates on Kepa contract
The document, on which our sources did not want to disclose specific information (including duration and the finances, although everything indicates that it would be for six seasons like that of Dani Ceballos and Theo Hernández), interestingly includes two start dates: January and June of 2018. These are both there to allow manager Zinedine Zidane to choose his preferred date of arrival. Logically, the player's signing bonus varies according to the date. Kepa's current contract with Bilbao expires on June 30 and the goalkeeper would get a greater signing on fee if he waits for a summer move.

Madrid, in principle, wanted to bring in the player in the first week of January, but Kepa's injury changed the target dates. The player still has ten days to fully recovered and the information we have suggests the transfer would not be completed until he is 100% fit.
