Barça have won a Liga and Copa del Rey double once again and the fans are out in force to greet their heroes.
A Messi hat-trick on the back of a superb opening goal from new-boy Philippe Coutinho ensured a 2-4 victory at the home of Deportivo la Coruña and the title party could start. This came on the back of the 5-0 thrashing of Seville in the domestic cup final.
The bus route commences at the World Trade Center (C/ de Barcelona), will pass by Plaza Drassanes, el Paral·lel, la Ronda de Sant Pau, la Calle Comte d'Urgell and la Avenida de Sarrià, where there will be a triumphant parade at the Plaza Doctor Ignasi Barraquer.
