Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde has named a much-changed side for the Blaugrana's rearranged LaLiga clash with Villarreal tonight (20:00 CEST).

Valverde rotates Barcelona side for LaLiga match

Second-choice keeper Jasper Cillessen comes in for Marc-Andrés ter Stegen, and full-backs Nelson Semedo and Lucas Digne replace Sergi Roberto - who is serving a four-match ban after his red card against Real Madrid - and Jordi Alba, respectively.

Thomas Vermaelen plays in place of the injured Samuel Umtiti in central defence, while in midfield Ivan Rakitic makes way for Paulinho. There is also a start for winger Ousmane Dembélé, with striker Luis Suárez dropping to the bench.

Two changes for visitors Villarreal

Meanwhile, Jaume Costa and Pablo Fornals are restored to the Villarreal line-up by boss Javi Calleja, who has confirmed that the Submarino Amarillo will be giving the newly-crowned league champions a pre-match guard of honour.
