Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola was in Barcelona to attend an event for the Johan Cryuff Foundation, where he spoke about politics, Real Madrid's Champions League victory, Iniesta's departure and on his club signing Isco.

Guardiola on Real Madrid, Iniesta, Zidane and World Cup

Real Madrid's Champions League win: "Congratulations to Madrid. When a team wins three finals in a row, and four in five years, that is a spectacular team. The Champions League is a tough competition, and being in or out depends on many things. Madrid control these knock-out matches very well and I can only take my hat off to them."

With Iniesta gone, is it the end of an era at Barca?: "No. You have to do it again and find the players to do it again. A team isn't finished when one, two or three people are gone. Barcelona are still the best team in the world, Champions League or no Champions League."

Zidane: "Little more can be added. He has done a spectacular job. What does it matter if they deserve it or do not deserve it? They have won the Champions League, congratulate them, because it is very difficult to win this competition."

Isco to City?: “No, City aren’t going to sign Isco."

Would you like Spain to win the World Cup?: “Yes, I have a lot of friends there. Also England and Germany. I support the teams where I have friends."
