Tuttosport report Cristiano and Real Madrid have fallen out
A Bola claim that Juventus are already negotiating with the Portuguese ace while in Italy, they are reporting of a rupture between the player and Florentino Pérez.
Italian daily Tuttosport's lead story today focuses on Cristiano Ronaldo's future, with the headline: "An assist for Juve". Following Portugal's elimination from the World Cup, speculation has increased as to where the player will be next season - which will be one of the main issues concerning Real Madrid over the course of the summer.
Cristiano and Florentino bust-up - reports
The same newspaper reported a couple of days ago that Juventus could be Cristiano's next destination, and explained that "the No.7 and Real Madrid have completely fallen out" and speak of a "divorce" between the player and Florentino Pérez. They add that only three clubs could realistically sign Cristiano: PSG, Manchester United and Juventus.
Cristiano's agent Jorge Mendes has an excellent relationship with Juve and if the player decides to left, he would be welcomed with open arms. Having said that, Juventus would need to tweak the side a little so that Cristiano could fit in, and he would still be taking home a decent salary.
No rumours linking Cristiano to move away
However, as things stand, it's a possibility which is looking remote as it has been a while now since his "it's been nice playing for Real Madrid" remark after the Champions League final. Since then, there have been no rumours regarding Cristiano, who is currently on his holidays, and any of the three clubs which Tuttosport mention.
In Portugal, A Bola claim that Cristiano is already negotiating his contract with Juventus. In a piece titled: "Ronaldo willing to swap Real Madrid for Juventus", they add that the player would be delighted by a change of scenary that a move to Turin would offer him.
