The world's sporting press falls in love with Spain

Journalists around the world are all in the belief that the future is here for Spain after they thumped Croatia in the Nations League on Tuesday.

There is one word repeated in all almost all of the reports on Spain's 6-0 defeat of Croatia in Elche on Tuesday night: 'humiliation'. Luis Enrique's side started with two wins and are top of their Nations League group. They don't forget, of course, that Dalic's side were the runners up at the World Cup in the summer and warn that Spain's next generation is here.
