Arsenal wear fox-embroidered black armbands in respect for Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha
Unai Emery's Arsenal faced Liverpool wearing black armbands embroidered with a blue and white fox in memory of former Leicester owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.
All of the teams involved in today's Premier League action paid their respects to the late Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, the former Leicester owner who was one of the victims in a tragic helicopter accident while leaving the King Power stadium last weekend.
Arsenal show solidarity with Leicester
A minute's silence was observed before kick-off at stadiums across England as clubs and fans remembered Srivaddhanaprabha and the other victims who lost their lives in the accident. At the Emirates, both Arsenal and visitors Liverpool wore the traditional black armbands as a mark of respect for this evening's top billing clash. As a extra gesture as a show of solidarity to Leicester, the Gunners had a small blue and white fox, the Leicester City mascot, embroidered onto their armbands.
