Tickets still available for Libertadores final
Despite the initial sensation that the game would be a sell-out, tickets remain available for the Superclasico as River Plate face Boca Juniors at the Bernabeu.
CONMEBOL initially commenced the Bernabeu final general ticket sale window last Sunday evening with early suggestions pointing to a sell-out with demand outstripping supply as the system struggled to deal with high early demand. That sensation was earlier reinforced after the allocation of 9.000 tickets for Real Madrid season ticket holders were snapped up in just over an hour, with many soon available on the secondary market at exuberant prices.
As time has transpired, that has proved not to be the case with a limited number of match tickets to watch River face Boca in Madrid still available through the official CONMEBOL ticket portal. The cheapest tickets currently available are priced at 140 euros.*
Looking at the secondary ticket market can prove to be an even better option for fans looking for last minute access to the Superclasico with a higher range of availability and more competitive with ticket pricing available. The most economic option currently available is a seat in the North stand (where the River fans will be located) available for 99 euro.*
