Tuttosport: Juventus to swoop for Isco in June

The Italian newspaper claim that Juventus plan to take advantage of Isco's delicate situation at Real Madrid and will try to tie up his signature in June.

Isco makes the front page this Monday of Italian daily Tuttosport, who claim that the Real Madrid midfielder is a one of the Juventus’ top targets for next summer.

Even with Gareth Bale’s absence through injury, Isco was still not selected to start in Real Madrid’s 0-2 defeat to Real Sociedad on Sunday, with coach Santiago Solari opting for Vinicius to step in for the Welshman.

Tuttosport argues that this was yet another example that Solari doesn’t rate Isco, and, according to the newspaper, Juve plan to take advantage of the Spaniard’s delicate situation and will attempt to tie up his signature in June.

Dybala holding back Juve move for Isco in January

Three weeks ago, the same newspaper claimed that Juventus would try to sign Isco in the winter transfer window, but apparently the move has been held back because of Paolo Dybala, who plays in a similar role to the Madrid player and has so far refused to leave the Turin club.

The Old Lady have reportedly had three offers of over 100 million euros for the Argentine from Manchester City, PSG and Bayern Munich but the player has rejected moves to all three clubs.

Isco was expected to have more prominence with the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo, but so far has only played a fringe role for Santiago Solari. The Spaniard has so far played just four full games this season, and two since Solari took over as coach after the dismissal of Julen Lopetegui in October. The fact that the Argentine coach chose to start Vinicius ahead of Isco to fill in for the injured Gareth Bale will have been a big blow for the 26-year-old.

Tuttosport has not reported how much Juve would be willing to offer for the Real Madrid midfielder, who has a contract with the club until 2022 and has not publically expressed his desire to leave the club.
