Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has raised eyebrows among his social-media followers after posting a cryptic message on Twitter and deleting his account. "2019 Resolution: Time to get in touch, for real," wrote the Egyptian on Tuesday evening, in what proved to be his final tweet.
There has been speculation that this could be linked to new developments relating to his future... in particular, new developments concerning Real Madrid. Elsewhere, it has been suggested that the move is a result of heavy criticism that the 26-year-old has received on the platform.
