REAL MADRID

James, Isco, Kroos, Keylor... nine possible Real Madrid departures

Mariano - forward - 20 million euros

The former Castilla striker was brought back from Lyon last summer but has had few opportunities in an injury-interrupted campaign and has not featured much under Zidane since the Frenchman's return.

Update:

James Rodríguez - attacking midfielder - 65 million euros

Bayern Muinich have until June 15 to exercise their unilateral purchase option of 42 million euros for the Colombia international, but the Bavarians have gone cool on the idea. A return to Madrid is extremely unlikely with Zidane at the helm, player and coach not seeing eye to eye during their time together at the Bernabéu.

Update:

Isco - attacking midfielder - 60 million euros

Isco has benefitted under Zidane, the Frenchman giving the Spain midfielder the playing time that Santiago Solari denied him. However, Isco remains on the fringes in terms of the summer rebuild being planned and Madrid will listen to offers for the mercurial midfielder.

Update:

Dani Ceballos - midfielder - 20 million euros

Although Zidane is a fan of Ceballos and handed him starts in his first two games the 22-year-old has barely been since and seems to have definitively been added to the "for sale" list.

Update:

Marcos Llorente - defensive midfielder - 15 million euros

The midfielder has never been in Zidane's plans and the Frenchman advised him to leave last summer. Llorente has failed to impose himself on the plans of any of Real's three coaches this season and he is odd-on to be shipped out this summer.

Update:

Gareth Bale - forward - 70 million euros

One of the names highest on Zidane's list, the Welshman's recent form, huge salary and injury problems make him the most obvious sacrificial lamb as Real look to balance the books this summer. However, the board are worried by a lack of offers for the 29-year-old and he has stated his intention to remain at the Bernabéu.

Update:

Keylor Navas - goalkeeper - 12 million euros

Zidane still seems unsure about his number one and has a soft spot for the Costa Rica international but that is not shared at board level with Florentino Pérez seemingly going out of his way to undermine the keeper. Navas was Real's saviour in the 0-0 draw in Getafe but the battle for the nuimber one shirt seems to be in Thibaut Courtois' hands.

Update:

Toni Kroos - midfielder - 80 million euros

The Germany international has not had the best of seasons and Zidane has handed him 90 minutes just twice, against Celta and Rayo. His performance in Getafe came in for plenty of criticism and the 29-year.old will be moved in if the right offer comes in.

Update:

Mateo Kovacic - Midfielder - 35 million euros

The Croatia midfielder is on loan at Chelsea and has stated his intention to remain there, which is just fine by Madrid who were not very happy with some comments he made when he left. However, he has not been a regular under Maurizio Sarri and has rarely performed to the best of his ability and may have to seek pastures new - probably in Serie A - this summer.
