Jonathan dos Santos hasn't forgetten the club where he developed and, after Barcelona's defeat against Liverpool, the LA Galaxy player was quick to defend them.
Liverpool's comeback against Barcelona is getting reactions worldwide, and a lot of criticism directed towards the Catalan club as everyone thought the team led by Ernesto Valverde was already in the final. But The Reds did the unthinkable and reached a second consecutive Champions League Final.
The Barça lovers' response didn't take long after this culé failure and players that were part of the youth academy, like the LA Galaxy midfielder, Jonathan dos Santos, were quick to show their support.

Jona, who spent his younger years at Barcelona 'La Masía,' took to social media to respond for this bad moment for the Catalonian club after its fourth consecutive year without being able to reach the final of the tournament.
"Whatever they say, Barça is and will continue to be the best team in the world," read the Twitter post of the Galaxy player.
Jona arrived at FC Barcelona in 2002, started in Infantile B and then went through all the categories until he made his debut in the first team.

The midfielder is having a good season with LA Galaxy, taking over the responsibilty of the midfield, and has played a total of 900 minutes adding one goal. He is also one of the captains of the LA squad, who currently lie in second place of the Western Conference.
