Vinicius, eighth-best under-20 in L'Équipe list led by De Ligt
The Netherlands international tops the list of the 50 best teenaged players in football, ahead of Dortmund's Jadon Sancho and Bayer Leverkusen's Kai Havertz.
Real Madrid forward Vinicíus Junior has been named in the top 10 of the best players under 20 years of age in a list compiled by French publication L’Équipe, which is topped by Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt, Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho and Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz.
The annual L’Équipe run-down of the best young talent in the game features another Real Madrid player, Rodrygo, who pops up in 28th place and remains on loan at Santos from the Bernabéu but is expected to join up with the Liga giants this summer.
Benfica sensation João Félix - also a target for Real Madrid - is fourth on the list with Gianluigi Donnarumma (AC Milan), Nicolò Zaniolo (Roma), Moise Kean (Juventus), Declan Rice (West Ham) and Ibrahima Konaté (RB Leipzig) completing the top 10.
