There's no way past the goalkeeper who has kept nine clean sheets for club and country and has not been beaten at all at this year's Copa América.

Alisson Becker will have to find space for another individual award on his mantelpiece once the Copa América is concluded. The Brazil goalkeeper has already won the tournament's Golden Glove award and last night he kept out everything Leo Messi, Sergio Agüero and the rest of the Argentina team had to throw at him during the semi-final in Belo Horizonte. It was his fifth clean sheet in five appearances at the Copa América and his ninth in succession in all competitions. Chile's Claudio Bravo and Paraguay's Justo Villar are the two previous winners of the Copa América Golden Glove award but no keeper has ever gone five games without shipping a single goal in the tournament.

The last player to beat the Liverpool No.1 was Leo Messi with his wonderful free-kick in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final at the start of May. Since then, Alisson has not conceded a single goal in over 13 hours of football for club and country.

No way past Alisson

The Liverpool keeper picked up the Premier League Golden Glove award in his first season at Anfield, where he kept 35 clean sheets last season - 21 of them in the league, which enabled to edge past Pepe Reina to set a new club record. He conceded just 35 goals in all competitions with the Reds (22 in the Premier League, 13 in the Champions League).

In Sunday's Copa América final at the Maracanã, Alisson will have the chance to post his 10th consecutive clean sheet when Brazil take on the winners of tonight's other semi-final between Chile and Peru
