Vinicius impresses despite Real Madrid blip in February
Voted for by the fans, the accolade recognises a month in which the Brazilian supplied two assists in six appearances and gave Madrid's supporters cause for optimism despite the LaLiga giants' mixed results during the period.
Vinicius began February by coming off the bench to help Madrid beat city rivals Atlético Madrid, his fine pass releasing Ferland Mendy to set up Karim Benzema's winner.
Five days later, the 19-year-old was in the line-up for the 4-3 Copa del Rey loss to Real Sociedad, laying on an assist for Rodrygo Goes and leading Los Blancos' ultimately unsuccessful attempts to overturn a three-goal deficit in the final 20 minutes.
Madrid's best player in Champions League defeat to Man City
After appearing as a substitute in Real Madrid's 4-1 win over Osasuna, 2-2 draw with Celta Vigo and 1-0 defeat to Levante (all in LaLiga), Vinicius then shone as a starter against Manchester City last week, despite Zinedine Zidane's men losing the Champions League last-16 first leg at the Bernabéu.
Madrid's best player in the 2-1 defeat to Pep Guardiola's men, he provided the pass from which Isco scored the 13-time European champions' goal.
