What time does the Champions League quarter final draw start?

The draw for the 2019/20 Champions League quarter finals will take place at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland on Friday 10 July 2020, and is due to begin at 12:00 hours CEST.

Is the Champions League quarter final draw available online?

The draw will be streamed live on UEFA's official website, www.uefa.com.

Which teams are in the draw?

Four teams have already qualified for the quarter finals: Atalanta, Atlético Madrid, RB Leipzig and Paris Saint-Germain.

The remaining clubs still have the second leg of their Last 16 ties to play, the first leg scores in brackets:

Bayern Munich-Chelsea (3-0)

Manchester City-Real Madrid (2-1)

Barcelona-Napoli (1-1)

Juventus-Olympique Lyon (0-1)

Three separate draws will be performed in Nyon:

  • For the quarter finals
  • For the semi-finals
  • A third to determine the home side in the final

When will the quarter finals be played?

The outstanding Last 16 return leg ties will be played on 7 and 8 August.

The quarter finals will be played on 12-15 August.

The semi-finals will be played on 18-19 August.

The final will be played on 23 August.

In this edition of the tournament, due to the competition having to be rescheduled because of the coronavirus pandemic, quarter final and semi-final ties will be played as single-match, instant knockout format rather than over two legs.

All games from the quarter finals onward will be played in Lisbon, Portugal in August. The games will be split between Benfica's Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica (which will host the final) and Sporting Clube's Estádio José Alvalade.
