MBOSE SSLC 10th results 2020 are out: link and how to check
The class 10 results of the Meghalaya Board of Secondary Education (MBOSE) exams have been announced and made available online.
The Meghalaya Board of Secondary Education (MBOSE) declared on Monday, 20 July that class 10 MBOSE Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) results are out and students can check their scores on the official website.
Out of 50,081 who showed up for the exam this year, 25,194 (50.31%) have cleared their papers, with female students slightly outperforming males, as they recorded a clearing percentage of 51.04% while boys' percentage was 49.39%.
How to check the result:
Students who want to check their results can visit the board's official website, then click on a link that reads 'MBOSE SSLC Results 2020'. By entering their registration or roll number the result will be displayed and it's downloadable, so students can keep a copy for future reference.
West Jaintia Hills came out as the best-performing district with 69.96%. Last year's pass percentage in India was 77.94% among boys, while girls could achieve the pass percentage of 75.47%.
The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) was founded in 1973, and is responsible for conducting class 10 and 12 exams and regulating the school education system at all levels. By passing the MBOSE SSLC exam, students get past their school life and become qualified to start their higher education.
