Update:
DC Fandome trailers and teasers: Batman, Wonder Woman, Justice League, Suicide Squad...

If you are a fan of DC Comics then you are going to love this. The DC FanDome virtual fan convention is taking place this weekend kicking off on Saturday 22 August at 10:00 PT and will run for a full 24 hours. And that is only the first part! The second feast of DC content will show on 12 September.

What is DC FanDome?

DC FanDome is a bit like Comic-Con but, as the name more than suggests, it is exclusively for the world of DC Comics. The event will provide fans with an in-depth view into all things related to the realm including online panels, movies, TV shows, video games, comics and, of course, some cosplay. There is also an exhibition of fan art to get excited about.

What characters are in the DC world?

Although those names associated with Marvel will not be part of this, DC holds its own when it comes to the characters. Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Aquaman, The Flash, Joker, Poison Ivy, and Green Lantern are some of the bigger hitters in what is a vast collection, not to mention the expendable ensemble that makes up The Suicide Squad, and you can expect all to be considered during the convention.

Who will be involved in DC FanDome?

From the hosts and presenters to a selection of special guests, DC have pulled together an impressive list on contributors including Idris Elba, Robin Wright, Matt Reeves, Michael Rooker, Venus Williams, Henry Winkler, Aisha Tyler, Will Arnett, Ezra Miller, Jason Isaacs, and Kaley Cuoco.
