The fifth and final number has been drawn by a Madrid doctor, who, after a quick discussion about the coronavirus situation, has pulled the number "1". So that leaves us with "12751". This number will determine one of a possible 5,000 permutations for the fixtures. The RFEF super-computer is now working overtime, and we should have some fixtures to give you shortly.
Policeman, Mario Rodriguez, draws the fourth number, which is number "5". Of course, none of this will really means anything til we have a fixture list. We'll keep you posted.
Julian Sanchez has drawn a "1", while the second number drawn by a cleaner at the RFEF offices (didn't catch her name) is number "2". Five numbers will be drawn from five seperate pots to determine the fixture list. The third number, drawn by a Madrid school principle, is number "7".
Julian Sanchez, head coordinator for emergency services in Madrid, will be one of the special guests to draw the balls this evening. He's made his way on stage.
The show has started at the Salón Luis Aragones!
