Adiós and many thanks for joining!

Right, we're going to wrap up this live feed. Thanks for reading!

We'll leave you with AS journalist Juan Jiménez's Barcelona player ratings:

"No words"

Here is Newell's Old Boys' reaction to Messi's tribute to Diego Maradona:

Koeman on Lenglet injury: "We think it isn’t very serious"

Speaking in his post-match press conference at the Camp Nou, Ronald Koeman has expressed optimism that the injury suffered by central defender Clément Lenglet isn’t serious.

Lenglet was forced off during the second half after being caught on the ankle in a challenge with Rubén García. With fellow centre-backs Gerard Piqué, Ronald Araújo and Samuel Umtiti all unavailable at the moment, Barça can ill afford to lose the Frenchman.

I’ve spoken to the doctor and we have to wait until tomorrow, but we think it isn’t very serious,” Koeman told reporters. “I don’t know if he’ll make Wednsaday’s game [against Ferencváros in the Champions League]. We have to wait and see; hopefully it isn’t anything major.”

"Greatness recognises greatness"

Koeman: "A great gesture from Leo"

Ronald Koeman speaks to Barça TV:

Vital win in LaLiga:

“The most important thing is winning the three points, because we have had a difficult period in the league and we know that between now and the end of the year we have six games and we need to win all of them to fight for the title.”

Griezmann:

“Today he played very well. He supplied an assist and scored a great goal. That’s the player we want to see, a player who fights and battles and is also effective in front of goal.”

Messi’s Maradona tribute:

“It was a great goal and a great gesture from Leo.”

Griezmann: "We couldn’t afford another slip-up"

Antoine Griezmann, whose brilliant goal today was the first time he has scored in consecutive games for Barcelona, has spoken to reporters:

Crucial victory:

“It was really important to get this win because the teams the top are winning and we couldn’t afford another slip-up. We want to win the title and we know that it’ll be tough, but we’ve shown that we want to do it and that we have the team to do it."

Messi celebration:

“We didn’t know about the tribute that Messi had prepared for Maradona. It was a nice surprise.”

LaLiga

Barcelona up to seventh

Barça's win over Osasuna, just their second league victory in the last seven, catapults Ronald Koeman's men up into a provisional seventh.

As Coutinho says, they've still got a way to go though. Leaders Real Sociedad will restore a 12-point gap between them and the Catalans if they beat Villarreal tonight, albeit the Basques will have played two games more.

Coutinho speaks

Comprehensive win, and a necessary one:

“We’re working hard and trying to enjoy ourselves as much as possible. Today everyone played well and we hope to keep it up."

Messi’s Maradona tribute:

“We’ve lost a global idol; he was admired by the whole football world and we’ll miss him. It was a lovely tribute to him.”

Barcelona improving:

“We’ve still got a way to go; we’re going to take each game as it comes and hopefully get the wins that allow us to challenge for the title.”

FT

Peeep peeep peeep! It's a comfortable, and much needed LaLiga win for Barcelona.

92

Barcelona win another free-kick in Messi shooting territory. The Argentine gets his dead-ball effort on target this time, but Herrera beats it out.

90

It's wonderful play again from Messi, who runs at the Osasuna defence before releasing Trincao into the box... but the youngster is off target with his attempt to guide the ball past Herrera and into the far corner.

Three minutes of time added on.

87

Griezman skips clear of Raúl Navas on the right wing, but knocks the ball too far in front of himself and isn't going to catch it before it runs out.

Up the other end, Mingueza's error almost allows Gallego to play Barja in on goal, but it's too far in front of the forward.

84

Dembélé cuts inside from the left and shoots at Herrera's near post, but drags his effort into the side-netting.

78

Ter Stegen really is rather a good goalkeeper. Osasuna substitute Kike Barja barrels into space in the Barça box, but can't beat the German with his shot from 10 yards!

Barja is on the field having come on alongside Enric Gallego a couple of minutes ago. My apologies, that change got lost in the Messi goal and Maradona tribute. Barja and Gallego replaced Rubén García and Budimir.

Here's an image of that Messi celebration:

Messi was booked for that celebration, naturally.

72

It's 4-0 now though! Thumping strike from Messi.

The Argentine weaves his way into shooting space just outside of the box, and pings a crisp strike across Herrera and into the top corner. The keeper wasn't saving that.

Messi celebrates with a lovely tribute to Maradona, pulling off his Barça top to reveal a number-10 Newell's Old Boys shirt underneath. The club where Messi began his youth career, and where Maradona spent a period at the end of his playing days.

69

Dembélé has it in the net, slipping a lovely finish low past Herrera after being released into space in the box by Trincao's pass... but a VAR check rules the goal out for offside.

Trincao was just off when he received the ball from Messi in the build-up.

68

Roberto Torres hits the post! He's only been on for a few seconds, and should score when he's found in yards of space, 10 yards out - but thumps his shot against the woodwork.

66

Lenglet is replaced by Carles Aleñá, who'll play alongside Busquets in central midfield, with De Jong dropping back to join Mingueza in a very makeshift defensive pairing.

65

Oh dear. Lenglet is back in the wars after being caught on the ankle in a challenge with Rubén García, and he can't go on. He looks to be in some pain.

Another injury to a central defender is the last thing Barça need.

62

Osasuna also shuffle their pack, Oier and Íñigo Pérez replaced by Roberto Torres and Brasanac.

61

Koeman reacts to that third Barcelona goal by making a triple substitution: Braithwaite, Dest and Coutinho come off, making way for Trincão, Dembélé and Junior Firpo.

59

Budimir goes close with a header from six yards out, and both he and Lenglet are left sprawling in a heap after colliding with each other in the process. They'll both be OK though.

56

...and they make it three!

Griezmann does magnificently to win it back just outside the box, and feeds it to Coutinho. He plays a slide-rule ball into the run of Braithwaite into the area, and when Roncaglia gets their first to take the ball off the Dane's toe, it falls straight back to Griezmann.

He touches it first-time across goal, where Coutinho taps in. 3-0!

55

Alba whips a ball into the box towards the head of Braithwaite, but it's overhit.

Back come Barça, though...

53

Messi wins a free-kick in prime Messi territory after being felled by a combination of Roncaglia and Íñigo Pérez.

The Argentine strikes... and it's a good couple of yards over.

51

That's marvellous from Messi, who ducks and dives between the Osasuna challenges to create enough space to slip Braithwaite into crossing space on the left-hand edge of the box. His low ball looks to be sailing onto the boot of Coutinho at the far post, but Cruz is there just in time to nick it off the Brazilian's toe.

49

Now Roncaglia looks to test Ter Stegen with a slightly hopeful potshot from the left-hand channel. Easy for the goalkeeper.

46

Osasuna create the first chance of the second period, Rubén García letting fly from 25 yards or so - and forcing Ter Stegen to scramble across his goal to palm it away from danger.

Barcelona have made a half-time substitution, Sergio Busquets coming on for Pedri to partner De Jong in the engine room.

Peeep! The players are back out at the Camp Nou, and we're back underway!

Real Madrid beaten by Alavés

As it stands, Barcelona will move up seven spots in LaLiga, but will still be a full nine points off leaders Real Sociedad, albeit they have games in hand on the Txuri-urdin.

Barça will also go to within three points of champions Real Madrid - having played one fewer - after Los Blancos fell to a surprise home defeat to Alavés yesterday.

Here's how that game unfolded:

Griezmann scores two in two for first time as Barça player

Spanish football stats guru Mister Chip notes that this is the first time that Antoine Griezmann has scored in consecutive games since joining Barcelona in summer 2019.

HT

Peep peep peeeep! Half time at the Camp Nou. 2-0 to Barcelona, and it's been exceedingly watchable.

46

It's all happening now. Moncayola spots Ter Stegen off his line and boots an effort towards the German's goal from well inside his own half - and he's not far at all from leaving the keeper with more than a spot of egg on his face!

45

Two minutes of time added on at the Camp Nou.

43

What a goal that is! Griezmann doubles Barça's lead with a thunderous strike! The ball drops to the Frenchman just outside of the area, and his dipping volley flies past Herrera, who can do nothing about that.

Having momentarily thought they'd been pegged back just a mintue ago, Barça now have daylight.

39

Blimey, anything Herrera can do, Ter Stegen can do better! Osasuna have it in the net despite two astonishing saves from the German, in what is basically a carbon copy of the Barça goal - but the flag is up, so it doesn't count.

Íñigo Pérez's free-kick delivery is turned back into the danger area for Oier to head at goal from point-blank range, but Ter Stegen saves. It falls straight to Budimir, who needs two bites at the cherry to beat the Barça keeper, only for Oier to be deemed offside before his initial attempt.

35

Messi and Alba play a glorious one-two inside the box, but Osasuna hack it clear. The hosts are increasingly dominant.

30

Barcelona are ahead now though!

Alba crosses low into the six-yard box to Coutinho, whose shot from about a yard out is somehow saved by Herrera. The loose ball falls to Braithwaite, who is also denied by the goalkeeper from point-blank range... but Herrera's parry drops back to the Dane, who this time manages to scuff it into the net with his thigh.

As mucky a goal as you could ever hope to see, but they all count! You have to feel sorry for the keeper. He really couldn't have done more.

28

Just as I write that, Barça create a chance that Coutinho should really have made more of. Messi lays it off to the Brazilian in yards of shooting space on the edge of the box - but he wafts his effort high over the bar.

26

The game has hit a bit of a lull.

24

Coutinho again slips Griezmann in behind the Osasuna defence and the forward is first to the ball, nicking it past Herrera. He's driven wide, though, and can't find a Blaugrana shirt with the cut-back. Looked offside, too.

22

Osasuna are forced into an early change. Jony looks like he's tweaked a muscle and he clearly can't go on. He's replaced by Juan Cruz.

19

It's been a lively first 20 or so, and having almost gone behind on more than one occasion, it's now Osasuna's turn to open up Barcelona. Jony whips in a delicious delivery to Budimir on the edge of the six-yard box - but the striker turns his finish over the bar! Replays suggest the goal wouldn0t have stood anyway, though. Half a yard offside.

At the other end, Coutinho looks to test Herrera with a potshot from range, but the goalkeeper grabs hold - at the second time of asking.

Minute's silence for Maradona

Here is a video of the minute's silence for Maradona observed just before kick-off, courtesy of Barcelona's social-media team.

16

Again Griezmann goes close! Coutinho plops a neat ball over the top and into the Frenchman's run into the box, but his angled shot flashes across goal and wide!

15

Barça are pinning Osasuna back now. Coutinho feeds Messi in shooting space in the box, but a white shirt is in the way to block. However, the home side win it straight back and work it to Griezmann, whose volley forces Herrera into a smart stop.

11

Coutinho has to score - but he doesn't!

Messi slips Griezmann in behind the Osasuna defence with a lovely slide-rule ball, and when the Frenchman rounds Herrera and cuts it back to Coutinho, you'd put the proverbial house on the net bulging... but Unai García clears from underneath the posts!

10

Back come Osasuna. First, Barça have to look alive to deal with a dangerous Moncayola cross from the right, before Jony drops a shoulder and dinks a ball towards the back post, but again the hosts clear.

And up the other end...

8

Messi plays THAT diagonal ball into Alba for the left-back to knock it first-time into the middle, but his volleyed pass is just overhit and Braithwaite can't get on the end of it.

5

Barça get Dest scuttling into crossing space on the right, where he fizzes a ball towards the near post. Having scored twice in Kyiv in midweek, Braithwaite is out for more and throws himself at the ball, but he can't connect and Herrera gathers.

3

Roncaglia crosses low from the left for Osasuna; it's a dangerous ball into space at the top of the Barcelona box, but no-one in a white shirt is there to meet it and Lenglet is quickly across to boot it clear.

Up the other end, Braithwaite drives towards the byline and wins a corner... which comes to nought.

Peeeep! Referee Antonio Mateu Lahoz gets us underway at the Camp Nou!

The teams are out at the Camp Nou, and the players and match officials gather around the centre circle for the minute's silence for Diego Maradona

Here, by the way, is AS honorary president Alfredo Relaño's tribute to the World Cup winner.

If you're wondering how you can tune in to today's clash at the Camp Nou on the telly, you may wish to avail yourself of this useful guide that we've prepared:

Maradona to be remembered

Before kick-off at the Camp Nou, there will be a minute's silence as a mark of respect for Argentina great and former Barcelona star Diego Maradona, who died this week aged 60.

The Barça players will also hold up a message dedicated to Maradona when they pose for their team photo.

What the coaches said: Jagoba Arrasate, Osasuna

On Barcelona's stuttering start in LaLiga:

"It's a different Barcelona to side to [former head coach Quique] Setién's. In my view, the results they've got don't reflect the reality of how they've played, because I think they've shown some really positive signs. In Europe, they've won all four of their games. To me, Barcelona look much quicker, more electric, a different team. We'll see whether or not it's been a good year for them at the end of the season."

Koeman

What the coaches said: Ronald Koeman, Barcelona

Reflecting on his first 100 days as Barcelona head coach:

"I've had a calmer first 100 days in charge at other clubs I've coached, but I'm very happy. If there's a moment to produce a reaction [to Barcelona's stuttering league form] it's today. We have to close the gap on our rivals."

Why is Barça's form so much better in the Champions League?

"We've struggled against teams who play so defensively. In the Champions League, teams tend to go on the attack. But the end of the season will be the best time to judge."

Three changes for Osasuna

Meanwhile, Osasuna boss Jagoba Arrasate makes three changes to the side that drew with Huesca last time out, as Nacho Vidal, Raúl Navas and Jon Moncayola come in for David García, Juan Cruz and Roberto Torres.

Messi returns; Pedri to partner De Jong?

Ronald Koeman makes four changes to the side that started the win in Kyiv in midweek, as Jordi Alba, Frenkie de Jong, Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann all return.

Sergiño Dest had been a pre-match fitness doubt but starts again at right-back, while young centre-back Óscar Mingueza keeps his place at the heart of the defence.

According to ESPN's Samuel Marsden, it appears that Pedri will drop back into a deeper role to partner De Jong in Barça's central-midfield two.

Barça beaten last time they hosted Osasuna

Barça now host an Osasuna side they are currently level on points with (having played one game fewer), and who came away victorious from their last visit to the Camp Nou.

On the penultimate matchday of last season’s LaLiga campaign back in July, Roberto Torres’ stoppage-time winner handed Osasuna a surprise 2-1 win in the Catalan capital - and it was a result that ensured Barcelona’s arch rivals, Real Madrid, were crowned 2019/20 league champions.

It was also a result that led a seething Lionel Messi to declare that "many things have to change", in an explosive post-match interview that foretold the Argentine's subsequent attempt to hotfoot it from the club.

League table

Barcelona on run of one win in six in LaLiga

After all, Barça may be going great guns in the Champions League, having sealed last-16 qualification with two games to spare in the midweek demolition of Dynamo Kyiv - but the same definitely cannot be said of their form in the Spanish top flight.

Indeed, last weekend’s 1-0 reverse to Atlético Madrid left the Blaugrana with three defeats and just the one win from their last six games in LaLiga.

This thoroughly paltry return of five points from a possible 18 means theycurrently languish down in 14th in the table, albeit with games in hand.

Barcelona vs Osasuna: welcome!

Good afternoon!

Welcome to our live coverage of Barcelona’s LaLiga matchday-11 clash with Osasuna at the Camp Nou - a game in which Ronald Koeman’s men could really rather do with a win.
