The latest Call of Duty update brings a new season of the popular Warzone mode with new weapons, Operators and a new Zombies experience called Outbreak.

Game developer Activision has announced further details of the hotly anticipated Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty Warzone Season 2.

The Black Ops Cold War title was first released in 2020 and is set during the US-Soviet conflict. The first-person shooter was developed by Treyarch and Rave Software.

Warzone is an updated battle royale game which integrates with the title and is also free to download as a stand-alone game. Following the example of hugely successful games like Fortnite, players will be parachuted into a large map and face off against other players in an ever-decreasing battle ground.
