Efraín Álvarez happy to be part of Mexican national team
The Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder has dual citizenship and declined to be part of the US youth national team so he could join Mexico during the FIFA international break. Álvarez didn't see minutes in the 1-0 defeat against Wales, but he could make his international debut with 'El Tri' today against Costa Rica.

Kieffer Moore strike guides Wales past Mexico
Mexico lost 1-0 against Wales at Cardiff City stadium in their first exhibition match of the year.
