Jurgen Klopp called on his Liverpool side to "go for it" as they look to secure a top four finish at the end of what has been a poor season for the Premier League Champions.

Liverpool were eliminated from the Champions League by Real Madrid on Wednesday, meaning their only route to winning a spot in the competition next season is by finishing among the top four, which is still far from a given for Klopp's side amid the heated competition for the coveted Champions League places.

The Reds are currently in sixth place but can move into fourth if they beat Leeds United on Monday, a result which would put them ahead of West Ham on goal difference after the Hammers lost to Newcastle on Saturday. However, Chelsea will push Liverpool back to fifth if they manage to beat Bournemouth on Tuesday night.
