Scholarships

The scholarship drawings, for which any residents between the ages of twelve and seventeen who have gotten at least one dose of a vaccine are eligible, will take place on 4 August as well.

A total of nine scholarships will be awarded and consists of “a four-year MET Charitable Tuition Program contract (valued at $55,000) that may be used to pay for tuition and mandatory fees at a college or university in accordance with MET terms and conditions.”

The Michigan government established the MET Charitable Tuition program to help students access higher education as prices continue to rise. The program aims to allow individuals and businesses “to purchase from one to four years of college for a deserving individual in your community at a price that's discounted especially for this program.”
