Last Thursday, the 32 participants in this year's UEFA Champions League discovered their group stage opponents ahead of the start of the next stage of the competition. The following day, following the completion of both the Conference and Europa League draws,European football's governing body confirmed the dates and kick-off times for the 2021/22 group stage.

Two solid favourites from Group H stand out as clear candidates to progress to the next stage of the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League. Barring any major upsets, both the side from London SW6 and Italian giants should have too much for both the Russian and Swedish champions in Zenit and Malmo respectively.
