The 2021 World Series showdown between the Atlanta Braves and the Houston Astros is about to begin. Here’s how fans can get their tickets so as not to miss out on the action at Minute Maid Park in Houston and Truist Park in Atlanta.

The Braves won over the defending champion Los Angeles Dodgers to get another shot at the World Series, and win their first pennant since 1995.

The Astros defeated the Boston Red Sox and got a chance to repeat their first World Series win in 2017 over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Houston has the home field advantage, with the World Series starting off in Houston for two games before shifting to Atlanta for three matches. If the series goes all the way, the World Series will wrap up with two more games in Houston.

Steep ticket prices

Watching games live at the ballpark can cost a pretty penny, with ticket prices ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars, depending of course on the kind of seat you want, and where you buy your tickets from. Parking passes cost anywhere from $60 to $500.

For Atlanta games, the general public can purchase single-game and parking tickets on Tuesday, Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. ET at the Braves’ website.

A “very limited” number of tickets are available through the Astros’ website. You can lock in World Series tickets if you buy season tickets for 2022.

There are also a limited number of tickets available on the secondary market, but they are pricier and also going fast. You can buy tickets at StarHub, which start at $439 for SRO seats for Game 1 in Atlanta, and at $989 for Game 3 in Houston.
