One of the most eye-catching games of NFL Week 11 is the match-up between the Dallas Cowboys and the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday.

The clash pits two of the league’s best offences against each other. The Cowboys lead the NFL in yards and points per game, with 433.9 and 31.6, respectively, and the Chiefs have managed more than 400 yards in five of the 10 games they’ve played this year.

What’s more, Andy Reid, head coach of the Chiefs, enjoys playing against the Cowboys, as he has faced them on 30 occasions and has been victorious 18 times.

Here are the five players to watch in the game between the Cowboys and the Chiefs.

Dak Prescott, QB, Cowboys

Prescott is in the form of his career, having registered 2,341 yards, 20 touchdown passes and five interceptions on the way to guiding the Cowboys to a 7-2 record.

According to the NFL’s Next Gen Stats, the Chiefs are among the teams to have launched the most blitzes on quarterbacks, doing so in 33.5% of all drop backs, but this season Prescott has registered 16 touchdown passes when the opposition has sought to blitz him.

Patrick Mahomes, QB, Chiefs

Mahomes has just been named AFC Offensive Player of the Week, after completing 35 out of 50 passes for 406 yards and five touchdowns against the Las Vegas Raiders. Now, he comes up against the Cowboys, who registered three interceptions against the Atlanta Falcons and since Week 6 have limited opposition quarterbacks to just 180 yards per pass.

CeeDee Lamb, WR, Cowboys

Amari Cooper will miss the clash against the Chiefs, and probably also the Thanksigiving game, due to covid-19, and now CeeDee Lamb must open up the field for Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard. So far, the second-year player has managed 726 yards and six touchdowns from 47 receptions.

Tyreek Hill, WR, Chiefs

The game looks like being a shootout between Prescott and Mahomes, which should greatly benefit wide receiver Tyreek Hill. After 10 games in the 2021 season, his average yards per reception is the lowest since his rookie year, at 11.4 after 855 yards and 75 catches.

Trevon Diggs, CB, Cowboys

Diggs is the best cornerback in the NFL when it comes to passes intercepted, with eight in nine games. The former Alabama player has allowed 31 receptions for 488 yards and two touchdowns from 58 passes thrown in his direction, per Pro Football Reference, and will be tasked with keeping a constant eye on Hill.
