León and Atlas, who have nine titles between them, will contest the 2021 Liga MX final over two legs, culminating in Sunday’s decider in Guadalajara.
The identity of the new Apertura Liga MX champions will be revealed by the end of the weekend. This year’s final is between eight-time winners Club León and Atlas, whose one and only title was won back in 1951.
