Kylian Mbappé: 'You're dead' message found for PSG star
Real Madrid fans are expecting to see the French youngster strutting his stuff in white from next season, but emotions are running high in his home town.

As reported by Le Parisien, a blunt message for Kylian Mbappé has appeared on a wall in Bondy, a northeastern suburb of Paris where the player hails from. The huge mural of the player has been the target.
Mbappé ‘death threat’ as politics invade
Believe it or not, not everyone in France is a fan of Mbappé. The French international, who responded on Monday via Twitter to insults towards a girl with a rare disease, has received an apparent death threat, as reported by Le Parisien. The mural that he has in Bondy, the place where he grew up and developed as a young player, has been graffitied with the message "Mbappé, you're dead".

In addition to threat towards the PSG star, Sylvine Thomassin, who is running for mayor of the Bondy at the end of the month, has also received serious insults on the mural itself. The former mayor of the Ile-de-France town has reportedly been heavily criticised for appearing at several events with Mbappé, with such acts being seen as political moves by her opponents, notably Stephen Harvé. This came after the France international visited the AS Bondy training centre in the company of Thomassin.
"These methods, as well as being cowardly and weak, are a new attack on democracy and demonstrate the nauseating climate that my opponents have been pursuing for months,” read the statement from Thomassin.

“This mural was a magnificent symbol, a reminder to believe in one's dreams and to always fight to achieve them. Today, this message of hope has been damaged.”
