The Steelers and Chiefs met in Week 16 of the regular season at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and will do so again in the Super Wild Card Round on Sunday at 8:15 p.m. ET, leading up to the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. Here's how you can watch Steelers vs Chiefs

In that game, the Chiefs demolished the Steelers 36-10 with Patrick Mahomes putting up a stellar performance totaling three turnovers, two fumbles and an interception generated by the Kansas City defense.

The not-so-good news for Kansas City though is that they lost running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire due to a shoulder injury attained at that game. The second-year player did not play the last two games of the regular season so he can play in the postseason, but he was not ready for the Wild Card.

The good news is that Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes is 6-0 in the postseason against any quarterback not named Tom Brady. Mahomes has defeated Andrew Luck, Deshaun Watson, Ryan Tannehill, Jimmy Garoppolo, Baker Mayfield and Josh Allen.

Additionally, Arrowhead Stadium is a stronghold for the Chiefs. Andy Reid's team has allowed 10 or fewer points in its last five home games in the 2021 season.

Chiefs are going after Super Bowl vs Steelers

The Steelers qualified for the postseason thanks to a combination of results after finishing the regular season 9-7-1 and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger knows they have nothing to lose against one of the best teams in the AFC.

Roethlisberger could play his last game with the Steelers if they lose. Amazingly, 'Big Ben' has thrown for more than 450 yards and four or more touchdowns in his last two postseason games.

The Steelers unexpectedly got a boost in wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster. The wide receiver had been ruled out for the entire season after suffering a shoulder injury, but now he’s back and ready to face the Chiefs.
