Following an exciting 2021-22 Divisional Round, the final four teams remaining are ready for the Conference Championship games this weekend, and NFL fans are in for a treat.

While the Kansas City Chiefs are about to become the first AFC team to host four straight AFC Championship games, they are not the only NFL team to have moved into this round in at least three consecutive seasons. Some of the many teams that have made three appearances in a row include the Chiefs (2018-2020), the Patriots (2011-2018), the 49ers (2011-2013) and the Eagles (2001-2004).

Which team has the most Championship Game appearances?

The San Francisco 49ers have played in a record 17 Championship Games, while the Pittsburgh Steelers have 16 appearances overall, one more than the Patriots.

The Houston Texans, on the other hand, are the only NFL team to never reach the conference title game till this day.
