Tyreek Hill, former Chiefs wide receiver, spoke of only good things with Kansas City. So why did he leave?

During his search for his next contract, Hill was looking for more money than the Chiefs were willing to pay, which allowed the 28-year-old and his agent to discuss trade options with other teams. Surely, when it didn't work out with Kansas, the wide receiver was left disappointed, until he saw the contract offer from Miami.

The Miami Dolphins offered Hill a $120million contract, with $72.2m guaranteed over the next three seasons. Hill went from being disappointed to excited when he saw the Dolphins’ offer.

It’s tough. It’s tough, man,” Hill said in a press conference. “But somebody comes to you with a lot of money? It changes. Your feelings start to change a little bit,” Hill said with a smile.

When asked if Hill was torn between the Jets and Dolphins, the wide receiver said that he knew he was going to “pick Miami no matter what. This is home for me, for us,” he added.

Hill took to social media with a video that showed his excitement to meet the penguin, former Alabama wide receiver Jaylen Waddle.
