NBA

Are there any NBA games today, Saturday March 26?

With only a week left in the regular season, NBA Week 23 matchups are more important than ever, with each win or loss signalling a groundshift in the seeds

Only a little over a week left in the season and it is still up for grabs, especially in the tightly packed Eastern Conference, where a single loss can drop you out of contention.

The matchups today to keep your eye on

Brooklyn Nets @ Miami Heat

While it is not mathematically impossible for the Nets to sneak into that seven or even six spot, it is much more of a danger that they will slip out of the playoffs altogether. With only half a game lead on Charlotte they need this road win to cling onto what they have.

Miami are also vulnerable, having dropped a few clangers in recent weeks, most recently the to the Knicks. They only hold a half game lead on the 76ers and the Bucks so, while a loss wouldn’t drop them out of the playoffs, it would certainly make their already-rocky road even tougher to travel.

Milwaukee Bucks @ Memphis Grizzlies

An inter-conference match between two powerhouse teams, this match can mean the Bucks can rise clear of Philly with a win or drop below the Celtics with a loss. Things are less tightly packed in the West, where Memphis is in a solid second place, and a win or loss will make no difference to their standing.

Injury will be the key element as Milwaukee has two key players out. Khris Middleton is out with wrist soreness and Giannis Antetokounmpo is out with knee soreness. They will need to step it up for a game that they need to win more than Memphis need to not lose.

Chicago Bulls @ Cleveland Cavaliers

The Bulls are tumbling in free fall at the moment, losing their last five games by an average of 14.6 points. Their on game lead over the Cavs in the East has never looked more precarious than at the moment. The Cavs are struggling a bit of late and need the win to stay in the sixth spot.

The road form of the Bulls has been downright awful so they could struggle but they need a win badly. They have to do something to stop this hemorrhage.
