Brittany Mahomes: “You’ll pass out before you die.”

Golden Raye was born on 12 January, with the couple announcing the happy news via a joint post on Instagram.

With the 2024/25 NFL season recently concluded, Patrick has more time on his hands during the offseason to be with his family. “It’s been cool, I’m supporting, Brittany crushed it. It’s been cool to welcome another baby girl into our family and see how my other kids react to her and having baby sissy and stuff like that,” he told reporters after becoming a father for the third time.

Brittany meanwhile, is keeping active - apart from keeping fans updated about how newborn baby Golden Raye is doing, she has been getting back into shape with a rigorous postpartum workout regime.

On Monday, she posted a photo from the gym - a picture of a set of weights accompanied with a brief caption, “You will pass out before you die.”

The US Department of Health and Human Services recommends at least 150 minutes a week of moderate-to-intense aerobic activity after pregnancy, and as a former professional sportswoman, Brittany likes to keep herself in good shape.

Later on Monday, she joined her husband on a visit to their old college, Texas Tech to watch the Red Raiders take on the Houston Cougars. The couple met while at high school and married in in March 2022.
