Taylor Swift’s brief multi-million-dollar mansion
The seven-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot home is located at 27 Marchant Avenue in the Hyannis Port village. It was built in the 1920s, sits on an elevated bluff, and boasts 200 feet of private beach.

Swift bought the mansion, which overlooks the Kennedy compound, in 2012 for just under $5 million while she was dating Connor Kennedy. The couple broke up just a few months later, and Swift sold the home for $5.675 million.
The current owners have put the home through extensive renovations, transforming it into a coastal retreat that is now back on the market and fully furnished. All the rooms face the water and large widows provide views of the Nantucket Sound. The dining room features a table big enough for 12 and the chef’s kitchen has a large island for cooking. There is a sunroom and living room complete with a fireplace for the winter months.
Outside, the home features a large pool with a built-in fire pit. Surrounding the private beach is a large green area. The property also features a three-car garage, circular driveway, and guest quarters.
