Actress Bonnie Wright announced to Instagram that she’s expecting her first child with husband Andrew Lococo. In the photos, Wright is showing off her baby bump surrounded by nature as Lococo stands close, with both soon-to-parents sporting smiles.

Wright and Lococo married in March 2022 in an outdoor ceremony at The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.

“We’re having a baby!” Wright wrote. “So excited to share this beautiful land with them.”

“What a wild and humbling journey pregnancy is, transforming to make space for new life,” she continued. “Andrew and I can’t wait to meet our baby later this year and become parents.”

“It feels like they’re coming to say hello in the little rainbow orb across my belly.”

A few of her former ‘Harry Potter’ co-stars have commented on their enthusiasm for the couple.

James Phelps, who played Fred Wesley, Wright’s on-screen brother, wrote, “Congratulations.”

Wright didn’t think there would be a ‘Harry Potter’ reboot

It’s already been confirmed that a reboot of ‘Harry Potter’ is in the works. This time, the story about the boy who lived will be adapted into a television series.

Before the announcement, Wright, who played Ginny Weasley in all eight films, previously told People that she didn’t think there would be a ‘Harry Potter’ reboot.

“I would hope that they keep it as it was,” she said. “I think it’s like a time capsule, and [if] you open it and it changes and everything feels kind of different.

“For sure, I miss playing Ginny, but I always quite like the idea that it’s properly compacted into those seven years at Hogwarts.

“At the same time, I love the experience so much. And I know that the production and all of us would do it so well that no matter what they imagined, it would be brilliant.”
