How much money has Taylor Swift made on her Eras Tour in 2023?
The singer’s 12-month trek across the globe has already been a huge commercial success and rated as the No.1 tour of the year worldwide.

Everything has turned out to perfection in 2023 for Taylor Swift. It’s little wonder that TIME magazine named her the person of the year. A reissue of her 2020 stripped-down, acoustic album Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions, was by far the top selling RSD release; in October, it was announced that she had become a billionaire almost exclusively from her career in music - a rarity in itself. Then there was the Eras Tour - the highest-grossing tour of all-time and a follow-up movie, both huge box office hits.
The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I’m overjoyed to tell you that it’ll be coming to the big screen soon 😆 Starting Oct 13th you’ll be able to experience the concert film in theaters in North America! Sell-out shows
The North American singer took her three-hour Eras Tour show on the road back in March and since then it hasn’t stopped breaking records. The Eras Tour kicked off with two consecutive nights at State Farm stadium in Glendale, Arizona, bringing the first US leg to a close in Los Angeles in August.
The Cruel Summer songstress is currently taking a well-earned rest, getting her breath back after a whirlwind run of shows that was concluded with seven sell-out nights in Brazil last month. She will soon be back in the gym, getting back in trim and gearing up for when the Eras Tour resumes next year with Tokyo the first stop on the Asian leg.
Bringing a tour to Brazil has been something I’ve dreamt of for years, and those fans blew my expectations away. We’ve officially wrapped up the 2023 Eras Tour and we got to end the year with 6 shows in Rio and São Paulo, with the most magical crowds. I’m so grateful to my… pic.twitter.com/P1EwfQzrKf

Pollstar estimates that Swift’s Eras Tour has generated a colossal $1.04 billion in gross ticket sales, becoming the first tour by any single artist or group to reach that figure. A total of 4.35 million tickets were sold for the 60 shows performed between 17 November 2022 and 15 November of this year.
Judging by how quickly tickets have been selling out for next year’s shows, it looks like the Eras Tour will become the highest-grossing tour of all time, bringing in over $2 billion in sales.

And ticket sales (with prices ranging from $49 to $499) isn’t the only source of income from the Eras Tour. There is a merchandise stall at every concert selling CDs, vinyl, t-shirts and other clothing and accessories - items for all tastes and ages. Universal Music’s total merchandising revenue grew 12% to $173.77 million in the April-June period - much of that was down to merchandise bought at Swift’s concerts. Pollstar have calculated that income from merchandising during the Eras Tour is close to or over $200 million.
